Delivery Costs

Dacha Concept offers shipping of its products to several countries worldwide.

Delivery costs will be shown at the time of your purchase according to the selected destination and will include expected shipping, customs fees and duties.

We reserve the right to increase your shipping cost contribution for extra-large or heavy shipments, shorter delivery times and for unforeseen customs fees and duties. In such an event, we will contact you at phone number or email provided as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Shipment

The shipping process begins the moment your order has been confirmed. Once the order is finalized, Dacha Concept will send you an email with shipping details and respective tracking number.

The following table presents delivery times for in-stock items, should your selection not be available customer service will inform you regarding an estimated shipping date.

Delivery times are dependent to our selected transporter or affiliate shipping network and customs clearance.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return a purchase from our site, please take into consideration the following requirements in order to provide you with a refund or merchandise credit. Items are to be received by Dacha Concept no later than 30 days after the delivery date, if outside the 30-day period they may be accepted at Dacha Concept's discretion.

  • Unused items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Any damaged, altered, or used returns or anything Dacha Concept considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • We recommend that you request adequate insurance covering the purchase price of the shipment. Dacha Concept will not assume responsibility for reimbursement nor compensation if a return package is stolen, lost, or mishandled.
  • Gift Returns may be exchanged for product. Your gift receipt or packing slip must be included in the return. Should your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift receipt, you must pay the difference. Refunds and cash backs for lesser value items will not be provided.
  • Limited Edition series and Bespoke pieces will not be refunded or exchanged.
