Is online ordering secure?Dacha Concept does not keep any financial information from its customers. All payments are made through PayPal, a secure external platform that deals with transactions from more than 7 million companies worldwide and operates using the highest available security levels.
All personal data for example name, address and other fields required to process orders, are secured using a HTTPS connection with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology with a SHA 256 bits certificate.
The server where Dacha Concept stores its data is hosted in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) datacenter, that has the highest standards in security and data protection compliance, to name a few: C5 (DE), Cyber Essentials Plus (UK), DoD SRG, FedRAMP, FIPS, IRAP[AU], ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO27017, ISO27018, PCI Security Standards Council, AICPA/SOC, MLPS L3, MTCS, PCI DSS L1, SEC Rule-17-a-4, SOC1, SOC2 e SOC3.

How do I track my order?After completion and shipping of your order, Dacha Concept will email you an invoice with the corresponding tracking number.
Can I return/exchange an item?Should you wish to return a purchase from our site, please take into consideration the following requirements in order to provide you with a refund or merchandise credit.
Items are to be received by Dacha Concept no later than 30 days after the delivery date, if outside the 30-day period they may be accepted at Dacha Concept discretion. Unused items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
Any damaged, altered, or used returns or anything Dacha Concept considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We recommend that you request adequate insurance covering the purchase price of the shipment. Dacha Concept will not assume responsibility for reimbursement nor compensation if a return package is stolen, lost, or mishandled.
Gift Returns may be exchanged for product. Your gift receipt or packing slip must be included in the return. Should your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift receipt, you must pay the difference. Refunds and cash backs for lesser value items will not be provided.
Limited Edition series and Bespoke pieces will not be refunded or exchanged.

How can I pay for my order?Payment method is organized through PayPal, allowing the use of Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What type of care do my products require?The dinnerware collections with gold or platinum accents are created with fine porcelain and therefore we recommend to avoid the use of dishwashers. We also refrain from using soaps and detergents containing citrus scents or additives. All dinnerware pieces with gold or platinum accents are not suitable for the microwave.
Our candle collection is encased in fine porcelain with 24K gold or platinum details, and provides a different burn time depending on size. After the candle has been entirely burnt, the porcelain recipient remains a singular decorative object.
